1. Invoices for interpreting services are to be paid within 30 days from the date of invoice. Past due accounts may be subject to a late fee of 5% per month.

  2. WWLS requires all assignments be canceled with sufficient notice to avoid charges. Sufficient notice is given by contacting our office during business hours and at least 24 hours before the start of an assignment. If WWLS is given notice of the cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled proceeding, a two (2) hour minimum fee will apply.

  3. Cancellations, if due to inclement weather, must be received by 5:00 PM the day prior to the start of the scheduled assignment. However, if the place of business is open to the public, the standard cancellation policy applies.
